Choose foods where the nutritional value outweighs the calories, sugar and fat. Some foods that are labeled as “healthy” are high in sugars and fats. Just because the label says “all natural” or “pure” doesn’t mean it’s nutritious. Those “all natural” juice drinks or sodas can be full of sugar and low on nutrition. Although granola bars can contain vitamins and nutrients, they can also be high in fat and sugar. Something labeled low fat may still be high in sugar. Get to know your food!
