Often, we decide on snacks out of convenience. Try cutting up carrots, celery, red and green peppers, cucumbers, and other favorite vegetables at the beginning of the week. Keep in air-tight containers and accompany with peanut butter, cottage cheese, or hummus. When you’re in need a quick snack, you’ll have everything you need read to go in the refrigerator.
