Take one large disposable drink cup and about 10 clothespins. Talk together about what fun physical activities you could do together outside. Write each idea on one of the clothespins. Clip the pins around the top of the cup. As you complete each activity throughout the next week, take the pin from the edge of the cup and put it in the cup. Some ideas to consider: walk around the neighborhood, play Frisbee, camp in the backyard, catch lightning bugs.
